Cookie policy
This policy explains the optional analytics cookies used on WorkWithAI and how you can control them.
Your choice comes first
Google Analytics does not load, send a request or set an analytics cookie unless you explicitly accept analytics. Continuing without analytics is equally available. Your preference, its version and date are retained for no more than six months.
What we measure
After consent, Google Analytics 4 provides approximate users, sessions, page views, landing pages, traffic sources, countries, device categories and selected interactions such as successful contact requests, workshop selections, course-registration clicks, resource clicks and promotional-video progress.
What we never send
We do not send names, email addresses, organisations, phone numbers, form messages, Notion identifiers, URL query parameters or fragments to Google Analytics. Tracked page locations are reduced to the public path.
Cookies and essential browser storage
The essential wwai_analytics_consent cookie stores only your choice, version and date for up to six months. If you accept, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to six months. Theme and language preferences are stored locally in your browser and are not used for advertising.
Purpose and legal basis
The purpose is to understand which content is useful and improve the website. Analytics processing is based solely on your consent. It is not used for advertising, remarketing, user-provided data matching or personalised profiles.
Processor, retention and international transfers
Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics. Analytics user and event data is retained for 14 months. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under contractual and legal safeguards described in Google’s data-processing terms.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use the Analytics preferences link in the footer at any time. Withdrawal stops subsequent analytics events and removes WorkWithAI Google Analytics cookies from this browser.
