Privacy policy
This policy explains how WorkWithAI handles contact requests and, when you consent, privacy-conscious website analytics.

Data we collect
For contact requests: name, work email, organisation, optional phone and message, selected workshop, page source, language, consent timestamp and campaign parameters. If you accept analytics: approximate page, visit, traffic-source, country, device and selected interaction data. Form contents and contact details are never sent to analytics.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details are used only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting business relationship, based on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Optional website analytics are used only to understand and improve the site and are based on your consent.
Processors
Lead records are stored in a private Notion database. Email notifications are sent through OVHcloud email services. The website is hosted on an OVHcloud virtual private server in Europe. Cloudflare provides Turnstile abuse protection. After consent, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics 4. Google Signals, advertising personalisation, remarketing and user-provided data collection are disabled.
Retention
Lead records are retained for 24 months and then reviewed for deletion, unless a longer period is required for an active contract or legal obligation. Google Analytics user and event data is retained for 14 months, while the analytics consent preference and analytics cookies are limited to six months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing arnaud@workwithai.be. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Analytics preferences in the footer. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
International processing
Service providers may process data outside Belgium under appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. Google describes the safeguards used for international processing in its data-processing terms.
