Procurement teams lose strategic time to fragmented information and repetitive preparation.
RFQs, supplier emails, meeting preparation, contract comparison, portfolio segmentation and reporting often depend on manual work across multiple files and applications.
Supplier, contract and spend information is spread across systems and files.
Supplier meetings begin without a consistent 360-degree preparation.
Portfolio segmentation and risk scoring depend on manual data handling.
Negotiation preparation varies by buyer and category.
Reporting spend, savings and risk requires repeated consolidation.
Meeting notes and next steps are not always followed up consistently.
Administrative work leaves too little time for category strategy and supplier relationships.
Use Copilot as controlled procurement support — not as a decision-maker.
The training focuses on practical outputs that remain subject to source quality, transparent criteria, organisational access and professional review.
Six frameworks, applied with clear limits and human control.
Each framework is treated as a structured aid. Copilot supports preparation and analysis; it does not replace due diligence, legal review or procurement authority.

Confidentiality, source control and human judgement remain visible.
Training examples use fictional or explicitly approved data. Production use may require procurement, legal, finance, risk, privacy, IT and security involvement.

Practical answers before requesting a proposal
Who is this training for?
Procurement and supply-chain professionals who want to apply Microsoft 365 Copilot to supplier research, analysis, negotiation preparation, reporting and follow-up.
Is technical prior knowledge required?
No technical prior knowledge is required. Familiarity with procurement work and the Microsoft 365 applications used by the organisation is helpful.
Which Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is needed?
Exact licence and feature requirements must be checked for the organisation before delivery. An active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is recommended or may be required for active participation.
Can I attend without a licence?
Participation may be more observational when the required access is unavailable. The practical setup should be confirmed before the training.
Can we work with our own supplier data?
Only explicitly approved, appropriately protected data should be used. Public forms and public demonstrations must not include confidential contracts, prices, supplier lists or spend files.
Does Copilot provide legal or procurement advice?
No. Contractual, legal, commercial and risk conclusions require qualified professional review.
How reliable are KYS, DISC and risk scores?
They depend on source quality, assumptions and transparent criteria. DISC is treated only as a communication hypothesis, and scores require human validation.
Can Copilot select suppliers automatically?
No. Copilot and Agent Builder support preparation and workflows but do not have procurement decision authority.
What is the role of human validation?
People verify sources, criteria, analyses, communication, legal implications and the final procurement action.
What is the difference between Copilot Chat, Notebook and Agent Builder?
Copilot Chat supports conversational research and preparation, Notebook centralises an approved working dossier, and Agent Builder can prototype reusable assistants. Availability must be verified.
Can the training be delivered in-company or adapted?
Delivery format and adaptation options can be discussed and confirmed in the proposal process.
Which languages are available?
The page is prepared in English, French and Dutch. Final delivery-language availability must be confirmed.
Which materials or follow-up are included?
Materials and follow-up are not stated until the business confirms the final offer.
Practical learning you can apply immediately at work.
Participants value the clarity, energy and immediate application of every WorkWithAI workshop.
