Recognition

Sales work is fragmented across customer information, communication, proposals and follow-up.

The opportunity is not an autonomous salesperson. It is a repeatable workflow that improves preparation, traceability and review while preserving ethical selling and professional judgement.

Too much time is spent on CRM updates, proposals, follow-up emails and reports.

Customer meetings begin without enough preparation.

Customer information is spread across email, documents, meetings and spreadsheets.

Prospect research lacks a consistent source and question framework.

Needs and objections are not structured before the conversation.

Commercial writing and proposals are repeatedly recreated.

Pipeline, forecast, target and margin assumptions are difficult to review.

Sales debriefs, owners and next steps are captured inconsistently.

Too little time remains for relationships, negotiation and thoughtful closing.

Desired outcome

Prepare customer work more systematically without delegating sales decisions.

Results depend on source quality, customer context, consent, permissions, sales skill, licences, commercial policy and human judgement.

Research customers and prospects more systematically.
Prepare a Know Your Customer overview using traceable sources.
Use DISC only as a tentative communication-preparation hypothesis.
Prepare SPIN questions that support respectful needs discovery.
Structure a sales pitch using SIMAC.
Prepare BATNA, negotiation range and tradables for authorised review.
Anticipate likely objections and draft respectful responses.
Write consistent prospecting, follow-up and proposal-support emails.
Prepare proposals, sales scripts and presentations more efficiently.
Analyse pipeline, forecast, targets and margins more clearly.
Centralise an account dossier and prototype a bounded sales assistant.

Each methodology shows its purpose, required sources, Copilot support, concrete output, human control and the most important limitation.

Frequently asked questions

Practical, licensing and responsible-sales questions

Who is this sales training for?

For sales professionals, account managers, business developers, sales executives, sales managers, commercial teams and customer-success or account teams.

Is technical or sales prior knowledge required?

No technical prior knowledge is required. Familiarity with the organisation’s customers, products and sales process helps participants apply the exercises.

Which Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is needed?

Exact requirements depend on exercises, tenant configuration, service plans and rollout. They must be confirmed before registration or delivery.

Can I attend without active Copilot access?

Observation may be possible, but active participation in every exercise can require suitable access. Confirm the setup in advance.

Can I work with my own customer data or cases?

Only when organisational policy, confidentiality, consent and access rights permit it. Fictional, anonymised or explicitly approved data is preferred.

How are customer, pricing and deal data protected?

Use data minimisation, least privilege, approved sources, classification and restricted sharing. Do not place confidential data in public forms or demonstrations.

Can Copilot automatically profile prospects or customers?

No. It must not infer or decide personality, intent, purchase readiness or treatment. Any preparation hypothesis requires evidence, restraint and human review.

Is DISC an objective personality assessment?

No. In this training it is only a cautious communication-preparation framework, not a diagnosis or objective assessment.

How reliable is a KYC report?

Quality depends on source accuracy, currency, permissions and interpretation. It is not full due diligence and must be reviewed by the account team.

Can Copilot approve proposals, prices or discounts?

No. It can structure approved information, but offers, prices, discounts, margins, terms and commitments require authorised commercial, finance and legal review.

What is the role of human validation?

Authorised professionals verify customer context, consent, claims, evidence, tone, prices, margins, terms and the appropriateness of every sales action.

What is the difference between Copilot Chat, Notebooks and Agent Builder?

Copilot Chat supports research and drafting; Microsoft 365 Copilot Notebooks focus work on selected references; Agent Builder creates reusable scoped assistants. Access and capabilities depend on licence and configuration.

Will I build a sales assistant?

The programme contains a bounded prototype. Production use requires approved sources, an owner, testing, access controls, logging, lifecycle management and escalation.

Can the training be delivered in-company or adapted?

The format and adaptation must be agreed and approved; the public page does not invent unconfirmed commercial details.
