Too much time goes to emails, reports, job descriptions and follow-up.
Lead your team with Microsoft 365 Copilot — while staying authentic
Use one transferable prompt method to prepare communication, feedback, difficult conversations, change messages, job descriptions and follow-up. Copilot supports the preparation; the leader remains accountable for the relationship, judgement and final action.

From context and observation to human-led follow-up
Copilot is a starting point, not a script to read verbatim. Sensitive messages and people decisions remain human.

Leaders need more preparation time, while communication and follow-up are spread across tools.
The challenge is not to automate leadership. It is to use Copilot carefully for preparation and documentation without weakening trust, privacy or professional judgement.
Difficult conversations begin without enough preparation or context.
Feedback lacks structure, nuance or clear questions.
Team communication is spread across email, documents and meetings.
Change must be led while uncertainty and resistance remain real.
Actions from team meetings and one-to-ones are not followed consistently.
Too little time remains for coaching, connection and team development.
Leaders are uncertain about privacy, bias, authenticity and responsible AI use.
Prepare leadership work more carefully — without outsourcing the relationship.
Results depend on context, leadership skill, source quality, team trust and human execution.
Nine practical cases with explicit human review.
Each case shows what Copilot may support and where privacy, wellbeing, bias or professional escalation remains necessary.

Practical answers before requesting a proposal
Who is this training for?
Team leaders, people managers, department heads, operational managers and project or programme leaders with people responsibility.
Is basic prompting knowledge required?
It is recommended. The day builds on a prompt method rather than providing a complete first introduction.
Should I attend Basic Prompting first?
That depends on current experience. A foundation course may be useful but is not presented as an automatic purchase requirement.
Which Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is needed?
Exact licence, tenant and feature requirements must be confirmed for the organisation before delivery.
Can I attend without an active licence?
Participation may be more observational when the required access is unavailable.
Can I use my own team situations?
Only fictional, anonymised or explicitly approved situations should be used, without identifiable employee or sensitive information.
How are employee and team data protected?
Use approved environments, data minimisation, least privilege and organisational privacy and retention rules.
Can Copilot conduct feedback or difficult conversations automatically?
No. It may support preparation, but the leader conducts the real conversation and remains accountable.
Can Copilot assess burnout, motivation or performance?
No. It must not diagnose wellbeing, infer hidden intentions or make people decisions.
How do I preserve authenticity?
Treat output as a draft, rewrite it in your own words and adapt it to the real relationship and context.
What is the “shadow of the leader” effect?
It refers to the influence a leader’s behaviour and communication can have on the team. The training treats this as a reflection point, not an automated measurement.
What is the role of HR or legal?
They and other authorised functions should be involved when policy, legal, wellbeing, privacy or disciplinary questions arise.
What is the difference between Copilot Chat, Copilot Notebooks and Agent Builder?
Copilot Chat supports conversational preparation, Copilot Notebooks centralise approved working context and Agent Builder can prototype reusable assistants. Access must be confirmed.
Will I build a leadership assistant?
The programme includes a simple training prototype with no appraisal, disciplinary or decision authority.
Can the training be delivered in-company or adapted?
Possible formats and adaptations can be discussed and confirmed through the proposal process.
In which languages is it available?
The page is available in English, French and Dutch. Final delivery languages must be confirmed.
Which materials or follow-up are included?
These details are not published until the final offer is approved.
Practical learning you can apply immediately at work.
Participants value the clarity, energy and immediate application of every WorkWithAI workshop.
