The project manager’s role is changing, while project information remains fragmented.
Teams spend too much time rebuilding documentation, status updates and follow-up across documents, email, meetings and spreadsheets.
Project information is spread across documents, email, meetings and spreadsheets.
WBS, schedule, budget and resource data are maintained manually.
Risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are not followed consistently.
Status reports and steering updates are rebuilt in every reporting cycle.
Stakeholders receive updates too late or at the wrong level of detail.
Actions, owners and deadlines are not visible enough.
Lessons learned are difficult to centralise and reuse.
Too little time remains for steering, leadership and risk control.
Teams remain uncertain about confidentiality, privacy, governance and reliable AI use.
Your projects, strengthened by Copilot — with professional judgement and governance intact.
The training focuses on realistic project outputs. Their quality depends on source quality, project maturity, methodology, team process, licence availability and human validation.
Support project work in the Microsoft 365 applications teams already use.
Copilot can help structure documentation, planning, analysis, reporting and communication when it works with authorised, accessible and current sources.
Familiar applications
Work across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint without repeatedly rebuilding project context.
Approved project context
Use accessible project documents, email and meeting information that the participant is authorised to use.
One transferable method
Apply Role, Context, Objective and Complexity across different project tasks and applications.
From documentation to communication
Support preparation across initiation, planning, risk, status reporting, stakeholder communication and closure.
Reusable project support
Use Notebook and Agent Builder to prototype governed project dossiers and assistants without decision authority.
Use the right application for the project task.
Application and feature availability depends on the organisation’s Microsoft 365 setup. All outputs remain subject to source validation and authorised review.

Word
Project charter, business case, PID, scope, status reports, decision papers and final reports.
Word prepares drafts; it does not formally approve project documents.
Excel
WBS, schedule, budget, resources, risk register, RAID log, KPIs, scenarios and dashboards.
Calculations, formulas, forecasts and scores must be validated.
Copilot Chat
Project research, risk and problem analysis, methodology comparison, scenarios and lessons learned.
Copilot does not independently choose the correct methodology.
Outlook
Stakeholder updates, escalation email, follow-up, decision requests and steering communication.
Sending does not guarantee receipt, approval or formal escalation.
PowerPoint
Kick-off decks, status presentations, steering updates, milestone and go/no-go review material.
A presentation is not a formal governance decision.
Teams
Stand-ups, project and steering meetings, recaps, actions, owners and deadlines.
Review sensitive content, participants and action ownership.
Notebook
Centralise charter, plan, risks, minutes, decisions and lessons learned.
A single source of truth is a governance objective, not an automatic guarantee.
Agent Builder
Prototype status-report, risk and lessons-learned assistants.
Assistants have no scope, budget, resource, risk or decision authority.Practical capabilities participants can practise in one day.
The training does not promise project-management mastery, correct budgets, successful projects, faster delivery or official certification.
A practical journey through the project lifecycle.
Project governance, financial control and human judgement remain decisive.
Use fictional or explicitly approved project data during training. Production use may require PMO, finance, legal, procurement, privacy, security, architecture, HR and sponsor involvement.
This training does not provide legal, financial, security, procurement, audit or compliance advice. Copilot does not approve scope, budget, resources, risk acceptance, supplier selection or go/no-go decisions.
For project professionals ready to apply Copilot without weakening governance.
Relevant for project managers, programme managers, PMO professionals, project coordinators, scrum masters, product and delivery leads, team leaders, business analysts, workstream leads, sponsors and steering members.

Practical answers before requesting a proposal
Who is this project-management training for?
Project managers, programme managers, PMO professionals, coordinators, scrum masters, delivery leads, workstream leads and stakeholders who consume project reporting.
Is technical or project-management prior knowledge required?
No technical prior knowledge is required. Familiarity with project work is useful. This is not a complete project-management foundation course.
Which Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is needed?
Exact licence and feature requirements must be confirmed for the organisation. An active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is recommended or may be required for active participation.
Can I attend without an active licence?
Participation may be more observational when required access is unavailable. The practical setup should be confirmed before delivery.
Can I work with my own project documents or data?
Only fictional, anonymised or explicitly approved project information should be used, subject to confidentiality, permissions and organisational policy.
How are project, budget, resource and risk data protected?
Use approved environments, data minimisation, least privilege, current sources and organisational governance. The training is not legal, security or privacy advice.
Can Copilot automatically create a reliable schedule or budget?
No. Copilot can support draft structure and analysis, but estimates, formulas, dependencies, resource commitments and financial figures require expert validation.
How reliable are risk scores, scenarios and forecasts?
They depend on source quality, methods, assumptions and current data. They are estimates and scenarios, not objective facts.
Can Copilot choose a project methodology?
No. It can compare or explain methodologies, but authorised project leadership selects the context-appropriate approach.
Can Copilot decide scope changes, go/no-go or risk acceptance?
No. These decisions remain with authorised professionals and governance bodies through the organisation’s formal processes.
What is the role of human, financial and governance validation?
People verify sources, calculations, ownership, risks, budgets, reports and decisions before formal project action.
What is the difference between Copilot Chat, Notebook and Agent Builder?
Copilot Chat supports conversational analysis and preparation, Notebook centralises an approved project dossier, and Agent Builder can prototype reusable support. Availability must be verified.
Will I build a PM assistant?
The programme includes a simple training prototype with no scope, budget, risk, resource or decision authority.
Can the training be delivered in-company, modularly or adapted?
Potential formats and modular delivery can be discussed, but must be commercially and operationally confirmed.
In which languages is it available?
The page is available in English, French and Dutch. Final delivery-language availability must be confirmed.
Which materials or follow-up are included?
Materials and follow-up are not stated until the final offer is approved.
Practical learning you can apply immediately at work.
Participants value the clarity, energy and immediate application of every WorkWithAI workshop.
